About us

Who we are

Association of City Managers in Nigeria (ACMAN) is a non-profit membership based association of City Managers that include: individuals of the built environment and those that have effectively promoted city management in: planning, financing, development, and governance (urban and local), towards liveable, equitable and sustainable cities.

ACMAN is devoted to enhancing the proficiency of city managers and other public administrators by strengthening the quality of the government through improved professional management. We believe in effectively utilising and encouraging the existing expertise in city development with a focus on innovative practices, trends and concept.

Is the President, Association of City Managers in Nigeria (ACMAN). He holds Bachelor of Technology in Urban & Regional Planning and Masters in Sustainable Urban Development. He is a member of: Nigeria Institute of Town Planners (NITP), Town Planners Registration Council of Nigeria (TOPREC), Association of City Managers in Nigeria (ACMAN), Contemporary Urban Planners International, Civil Society Advance Forum for Sustainable Development Goals, & Nigerian Red Cross Society (NRCS). He is the Managing Director, Omattai Consult Limited, an Architecture, Urban planning and Solar Energy Company.
