TPL. Abubakar Abdullahi Katcha Is a Town Planner and a Chief Town Planning officer with Niger State Ministry of Lands and Housing Minna and currently working at Niger state Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) office. He holds a Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) in Urban and Regional Planning from Federal University of Technology Minna and Masters in Sustainable Urban Development also from Federal University of Technology Minna. He is a member of Town Planners Registration Council of Nigeria (TOPREC), Member Nigeria Institute of Member Nigeria Institute of Town Planners (NITP) and Assistant Secretary General, Association of city manager in Nigeria (ACMAN).
